      Pros

      Nothing good about working there. Drama created by owner that is unnecessary, but she got nothing better to do cause she sits in her office all day doing nothing and complains about how hard she works. Bartender drinks from the minute he walks in to the place. But the chef is fantastic. My advice...dont work there

      Ridiculous tipout , Bartender takes all good tables. Always called off for shifts, I could go on all day

      Pros

      Your opinion and voice is valued and listened to. You get paid to hangout with residents and become best friends with them. Lots of free food and outings / events.

      Cons

      It's a lifestyle. If that's what you're into, then it's the best job in the world. If you don't want a social startup life, then it's not for you.
