The way they criticized your work isn't constructive but more insulting like almost telling you how useless and stupid you are! And that's only one part the challenges we had to face on a daily basis! The workload, hostile managers, mean attitude, all the struggles we face is so frustrating and really stressful! The outdated practices hold employees back from flourishing in the company and get stuck in the same place unless they leave!
