I really enjoy the diversity of people, the social mission and the variety of work. I am never bored and I really enjoy the fact that Foundervine is working with innovative startups
Cons
It is fast paced, there is always something to do, I like it, not everyone does though.

- Such an incredible learning experience, especially for someone who is breaking into the industry - Each day looks different, you're always on your feet - You get to meet so many different, inspiring people - The team is incredibly diverse - Company is pretty much flat, we all matter and nobody's opinion is more important than the other - The holidays are really good
Cons
- The nature of startups means everything is constantly growing and changing so it can be hard to feel "settled" at times
