Pros

Some of the people you get to work with and interact. Remote first

Cons

CEO and VP level have no idea where to go changing goals and views based on trends rather than industry knowledge; CBO has no idea what a business is… Managers reflect the CEO and VP culture showing that you are just a number and not part of anything if anything ensure that there is no future at Fountain

Pros

Good remuneration and benefits based on industry.

Cons

CEO and VPS are lost not insterested in building any culture, retaining talent and pretty much no one has a career path at Fountain… CEO acts like as spoiled kid that has money to spend but no plan at all contantly changing strategies and this affects everyone under him. Engineering and product have middle aged man worried in being cool and following trends rather than worrying about people and culture If you want somewhere to work for 6-18 months go for it but this is not your long term project; Basically the new trend is to get read of everyone and replace people with AI - good luck retaining your clients based on this.

Pros

Some of the people were ok

Cons

Joke of a company. They are trying to move into the Enterprise space and no legitimate companies have ever heard of fountain. They are getting funding from VC firms but they are not making sales - something that will become a major issue very soon. The CEO, Sean Behr, is in WAY over his head. He has come unglued in the past few weeks - screaming at employees and holding emergency training sessions that he is holding himself (out of desperation because not one rep has closed a deal in the past 6 months). Oh, and they just laid off 12% of their workforce on Friday. They say it’s not due to the company underperforming but that’s not the case. Investors and potential candidates beware - this company is going to crash and burn very, very soon.
