Guarantee double pay before CNY

Low salary with no staff benefits whatsoever. The management style is outdated and shows little willingness to adapt to the evolving business environment. Decisions are made based on the boss’s personal feelings, and employees are often asked to handle personal errands unrelated to their job. It’s absurd.
