Pros
The job was flexible, the team was relatively nice, and the work is easy.
Cons
No real room for serious growth, very toxic management, you will be demeaned and berated for the smallest of mistakes as if you weren’t born to do this mind numbing job, micromanagement at unprecedented levels. It’s almost comical. The manager is actually really nice and sincere after hours/on non work related topics, but just awful at work. Pay is okay, not everyone gets paid the same and you definitely aren’t able to talk about it.
