      Great supportive colleagues and everyone is really great to get along with.

      Cons

      Limited funding Limited opportunities Unfair management (especially the higher up you go) Management have a clique and only listen to each other and are hypocritical in the sense that they do stuff for themselves whilst not letting staff members have the same flexibility. Poor pay for the work that is involved
