Pros

None. This is the worst place ever.

Cons

People don’t leave jobs, they leave managers. And franchise creator is no exception, in fact, it is the most clear example of how an incompetent manager such as Jossely Mejia can single handedly make everyone quit within months and a lot of times even on the same day, true story. Well, maybe not single handedly because John Romney (The junior vice president) has made it his life mission to create a hostile environment in the office by being the most despicable human to EVER exist. He is rude, condescending, and blames everyone for his incompetence. The CEO isn’t any better. Hossein pretends to be a nice guy but he has Jossely do his dirty work while he flirts with his much younger employees. I’m not telling you not to take this job, all I’m saying is that you need to prepare yourself to be overworked and underpaid while working directly under someone who’s ONLY experience is this job but somehow believes she is capable of being anything other than a secretary. Yes, I’m talking to YOU JOSSELY. Speaking of incompetence, if you choose to take the job, don’t ever go to Mica for anything as he will NEVER have a solution because he’s always too busy feeding his addictions. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. As a matter of fact, this might not be a problem for anybody much longer since the company is crumbling FAST. That’s what happens when you put a bunch of useless people in charge.

No money no training

Pros

Experience in executive sales. Making a hundred thousand dollar sale can be a flex.

Cons

Training is terrible. The franchise they want to sell changes constantly. Cold calling businesses off google and trying to convince a mom and pop business to become a franchise for $40,000. If you can do that, you will make 2%. You could potentially sell a franchise too but the time frame is like 4-6 months and multiple different meetings with the client to potentially make a fraction of the deal. No lead generation & no tools. Just a landline, an outdated computer and a prayer.
