      Pros

      I enjoyed getting to know everyone in the office, nice people. Diversity of project types. Fun events for the staff.

      Cons

      There was a lack of professionalism in the way projects were managed and executed. No established QAQC process in place. Overtime work was common. Lack of vision/plan about how to support staff to grow professionally.

      Pros

      Very positive work culture. Lots of support for junior staff and learning opportunities. Project diversity.

      Cons

      Pay may be less than at other firms, especially larger firms. Firm grew quickly and lacked support staff, systems and processes to fully support staff. Changes are underway though.
