      Lack of professionalism...

      Pros

      Retirement, medical and dental benefits are all wonderful.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment/workplace bullying/bad behavior is ignored. HR is ineffective when it comes to addressing the above issues. Pay is low. It is ALL about who you know NOT at all what you know. Favoritism is highly prevalent. No career advancement opportunities. The company lacks diversity. Demographic: all white- age ranges from 40-60.

      Pros

      - Health insurance is the only thing they have to offer. - Work/Life balance is great, come in at 8-9 and leave at 4. Absolutely, no one work past 4. YAY!

      Cons

      - No clear vision from any managerial level - Demographic is all white, not joking, over 40 -60 age group - Absolutely no career advancement opportunities - Do not offer any type of professional training for their employees - No college recruits or internship provided - Located middle of nowhere. There are 2 places to eat. A pizza restaurant and a Chinese restaurant. Both are disgusting.

      Pros

      Close to home, home grown, self made company. Excellent retirement benefits, I'm told.

      Cons

      Lower pay even for those of us who are seasoned. No development for new folks coming into the workforce who need to hone their professional skillset/soft skills/business acumen etc.
