      Pros

      I have to admit that the trainning was the best and cruel in order to make you a professional shark. A lot o weekly seminars lessons goal sets etc. Really the make you a polished money maker.

      Cons

      Exesive time load at the office, 10 hours were the normal for every day. The trainning never stoped so the psychological drain was enormous. Never anything was concidered enough.. Food brake ? Counted 15 minutes. And the last no potential for evolution as a profesional or a rase. Plus if the position has bonuses you never get them actually. A good school but not all schools have the same teaching tactics

      Pros

      I was ginen an intership opportunity in Franman 4 years ago. The company believed in me and I was offered a job position right after. CEO Mr. Costis J. Fragoulis is always open to new ideas and provides opportunities. This is one of the success factors that have established Franman in the Maritime industry for 27 years and going. Franman employees are continuously motivated and encouraged to achieve the best version of themselves. I have only experienced support and approval from the company not only when I decided to continue with my postgraduate studies while working but also when I decided to explore new business fields outside the company. I have created lifetime friendships and even if don't work in Franman Company anymore I will always belong to Franman family.

      Very nice friendly environment, good people collaboration team work a lot to learn
