- Great client portfolio (mainly nonprofits & other organizations doing good) - Fully work-from-home - Great coworkers

Cons

- Organization sometimes struggles with process; bottlenecks can lead to overworking in some months and underworking in others - Working with team members in many different time zones extends feedback cycles; clients always need to be reminded about this

- The company is involved in diverse, exciting projects, with clients who have long-term vision and values for good. - Some of previous reviews are surprising to me, I feel like I'm talking about a different company. Free Range has undergone significant changes, from my understanding, clearly for good. Being now based in the Boston area is also exciting. - Collaborating with a global team on a daily basis with a very positive and encouraging work environment makes this a positive life choice. - Most everybody here is smarter than me in some form or fashion, but to always feel like I am listened to has led to growth, both personally and professionally. - Every day I feel like I am exercising creative and mnemonic muscles in my brain, with a very holistic and exciting team.

Cons

Fast movement here in a startup environment. Things can shift quickly, no two days are exactly alike. Like life, Free Range will offer you important challenges. I could not do it without the support and tactfulness / graciousness of everyone here.
