Pros

- Great client portfolio (mainly nonprofits & other organizations doing good) - Fully work-from-home - Great coworkers

Cons

- Organization sometimes struggles with process; bottlenecks can lead to overworking in some months and underworking in others - Working with team members in many different time zones extends feedback cycles; clients always need to be reminded about this

Pros

I've never worked anywhere like Free Range. I came onboard because I bought into the mission and vision. Who doesn't want to work to support inspiring clients doing great work? First: The human beings who work here are amazing. Everyone is willing to go above and beyond to support one another and the work, and they're whip smart and creative to boot. People enjoy spending time with one another, and it seems like there's always something fun going on. The benefits package, from the basics to other perks, is the best I've ever had, and I've worked at larger corporations. Management and leadership cares, and that's not just some empty company line. They care about their team and what's important to them, as much as they care about the work. They trust you to get the work done, not that your butt's in a chair all day, and that flexibility speaks volumes to supporting a healthy work-life balance. If you want to learn about how a design and innovation company functions and thrives, roll up your sleeves and learn. Fortune favors those willing to go for what they want to learn and do. Dogs galore. Food abounds.

Cons

Growth and change go hand in hand, so if you need a rigid schedule, unchanging job duties and working on the same thing every day, this probably isn't the place for you.
