Business outlook
Pros
The culture is wonderful, my coworkers are great people and there are a lot of out of office activities to allow people to get to know each other. Free lunch is offered on Fridays, the healthcare and 401(k) contributions are fantastic, and you get a nice Christmas bonus for working full-time.
Cons
Base pay is not competitive. Management and lower level employees are noticeably divided, which is heavily impacting morale. The company seems to be behind in it's marketing strategies and web UI, which will likely impact its ultimate ability to stay afloat.
