      Great benefits,Time off,and customers.Loved the work schedule.started off nice and went down hill when they bought new management in

      Horrible sales goals,management will fire you for anything and I mean anything.They expected so much out of you for not what you were even supposed to do as a teller,they wanted u to do the managers job with no extra pay.CEO is very sneaky.Management stood behind you to see if you were pushing sales.Worse company to ever work for..Watch out and expect to be fired.

      Starts out nice but then management puts a lot of pressure on you if you do not meet sales quota

      small company/everybody knows each other

      Cons

      to much sales-as with a lot of banking and credit unions your only worth to management is how many products can you sell and if you fall behind your quotas, you start getting harassed by management ; they stand behind you as you wait on customers like your a child
