Pros

The people were uplifting and energetic and management was relaxed.

Cons

-8-9 hours on your feet -NO BREAKS -You work outside... -The "events" are standing in front of stores/restaurants like, panda, subway, home depot, etc. -You beg for money from passing customers (customers that are shopping at the stores/restaurants you're in front of) -Monday-Saturday -Come to work dressed up in business suits, go to the "events" and change in the restaurant/stores bathrooms into Nike shorts and sneakers (ITS WEIRD) -30% commission off of the donations you get. NO hourly, NO salary

Pros

People were really nice and motivated

Cons

This is a pyramid scheme company, like other reviewers said you are too smart to be begging money from strangers. What they want you to do is that standing outside and ask donations from strangers, and you get to keep a small portion of it, and big portion goes to your managers. As you know in order for current employees to go up to next position sooner, they gotta hire more people to bring more money, and I guess that's why there are so many fake 5 star reviews on here from their current employees. What I learned from working here is that NEVER GIVE MONEY to any organization/charity, because you think you donated money for D.A.R.E. aka anti drug education organization, but most of the money goes to employees as salaries.

Cons

Everything 8-9 hours outside It is a scam 0/10 Ghetto area No hourly wage You are forced to beg for money Despite it being a DARE program I saw an employee smoking in his car
