- Absolute toxic culture and inept leadership. - People are scared to raise issues due to risk of losing jobs. - No benefits or recognition. - CFO screaming at factory staff. - No flexibility. - No care as to how people are treated. - Terrible pay. - There is no accountability, and leadership like to play the blame game.
