Pros
The job paid very well! They had a morning shift (6am-2pm) and night shift (2pm-8pm). You had a 30 minute break with an additional 15 minute break as well. The employees and management were very nice and it felt like a family. Excellent benefits!
Cons
The Quality Department, depending who is the Quality Manager, will always want documentation typed out a certain way. When audits are performed, the auditors may change certain ways of documenting which you would have to comply. It can get confusing if so many changes are made and if you mess up they will question you why. They have you sign Training Forms, which are forms basically saying, "when you sign this, you are agreeing that you know the new rule and you cannot blame us for not knowing if you mess up."
