If you are looking for a job straight away close to the city center which is gonna pay you more than the minimum wage for few months it could be a good opportunity
Cons
You work very hard, and you get no thanks for your efforts on a daily basis. Constantly bothering to do overtime and when you do the following week they are going to ask to do again. Old building old machine except the office which is another world.
