Worked with some really wonderful co-workers. The people that work there are very nice, and wonderful people. They are some of the best people I've ever worked along side.
Cons
Insane and abusive management that insults and demeans staff. I experienced verbal abuse from the CEO and the CTO multiple times. The entire management are simple not good people to work with. Additionally, they will insanely micro-manage you. You'll make six month plans that are thrown out the window, because the CEO had an idea on in the shower and decided to Tweet about it on the way to work. It required monitoring the CEO's twitter feed to anticipate what you might need to do and what features you'll be developing.
