Pros
All people there are great. The ambient used to be relaxed and the offices are very nice with full view of the sea and the harbour. Flexible time, core hours 10am - 5pm. Free fruits. Free coffee. They buy you food if you work late. 7 hours work time.
Cons
When the game was not working well enough a whole bunch of people got laid off without warning. Like we were still working on our features to implement, then we got in a "all hands on deck" in conference room and about 15 people got laid off. Sometimes you will be required to work from 10 to 21, nothing scary but still it has to be said.
