      Overall great place to work. They really care about their employees and show it on a daily basis. Very dynamic company that is making waves in the industry.

      Growing very quickly so there are a few growing pains.

      Pay is at the top on the Gulf Coast

      Cons

      This company is the epitome of money isn't worth your sanity. If you are not part of the click, don't even bother...just get your experience and move on. You have to be related to someone or good friends with someone to get a promotion, even if you have more experience and better yearly reviews.
