I worked at Fregolino for about six months. Right from the selection process I understood that there was something strange. During the interview, on one hand the two supervisors were keep saying they had gained a very high professional background constantly underling my young experience and need to learn from them. On the other hand, the interview with the director was unprofessional. He started talking about football, travel and making few inappropriate jokes. The first weeks in the office went quite well. After this period the two supervisors changed attitudes and started acting weird. They were forbidding the use of the printer reserved for everyone and the needs of the office, even if a block notes or a highlighter was needed it was necessary to request well in advance and we were often told to arrange with what we had because would have been difficult make an order. The most serious aspect, however, consisted in adding additional tasks to those included in the contract (such as Italian - English translation services and which had not been mentioned in the interview phase). Obviously all this without even a salary increase. The two supervisors acted without anyone's control. They constantly showed no experience and this was making deep nervousness and discontent in the group. While the others employees were forced to do even extra tasks besides the contractual terms, the two supervisors were totally taking care of their business arriving to the office 1 or 2 hours late, just chatting all the time and using of his colleagues to carry out any type of activity that they should have done. They were constantly underlining that they were the bosses and in total control of the office so bullying the newly hired by imparting to them the life-style lessons. Beside that, one of them was often bringing his personal laptop to the office working on his own business during his shift. Both of them used bad words and took completely inappropriate confidences with all employees. In short, on charge of this company I have found two people who revealed themselves as absolutely inadequate in managing even a small group of about ten people. They enjoyed unjustified benefits in relation to other employees such as extra vacation days and did overtime even when not needed just to accumulate days off. Among all of this, the general director only came to the office once and never took care to receive feedback from all pf us. Company definitely to avoid just because of the two supervisors that make the environment extremely tense and toxic, creating a continuous uneasy situation. No benefit for employees.
