      they have outing every year n our boss gives us bonus depending on how we worked the past year

      Pros

      They are really hands on and deal with each client's needs individually and take the time to sort out errors and insure clients satisfaction.

      Cons

      The management can be quite childish and some warehousing storage was not kept in check all the time and there was inventory errors.
