Pros

You get to work in a bunch of different parts of the company and impact many different areas. Flexible schedule and a laid-back approach to time-off. Some of the employees are super friendly and always willing to help, even if a mistake has been made. It is a great entry-level workplace to gain experience in the industry and grow your background.

Cons

You are expected to work a lot of hours and many roles/tasks for little compensation in return because they are based in a 'small area,' but advertise as "Greater Madison Area". Your quarterly bonus is based on an antiquated KPI system that distracts you from your normal day-to-day tasks. When the KPIs are given out, there is no feedback from management on why you did not hit the goals or congratulating you. Management is often out of the office on short or even no notice. They will often not tell you why they are leaving. A lot of the WFH rules end up being more "Rules for Thee, Not for Me."

Pros

Hands on with some friendly people to help you out.

Cons

Management will deal with problems unprofessionally, nobody really seems excited or happy working there. Management unapproachable with questions, and most of the time will ignore and miss meetings you have with them without letting you know. Micromanagement. Lots of unnecessarily drama at times.
