only the owner speaks Spanish so it's easy to communicate with him

Cons

There is no pros to working for them. They don't give holiday pay. Asks more work for less pay. Even if your a student you are forced to stay till 2-3 in the morning. I have never been so upset

Friendly managers, if you tell them your in school they will work with you in regards to that.

Cons

Will NOT work with or around bus schedule. Do not give holiday pay. Must work holidays. Not quick to give raises. Do not seem to care much for there normal employees. But if your in management then your a little better. Its a family company. So if your in the family then your great other wise. He owner does jot run the show like he thinks he does.
