      Pros

      Friday Harbour Resort is beautiful, golf course, scenery, marina, close to home, etc

      Cons

      They don't deliver on their promises; expected to work like a slave with no appreciation, low pay, no perks, ungreatful and don't show any appreciation. Upper management does not care about the place or the employees but I think the owners truly want it to succeed unfortunately they have the wrong 'chiefs' in place. Everybody back stabs eachother to look good.

      The only pros at Friday Harbour were the people that I worked with

      Cons

      The toxicity at Friday Harbour is overwhelming and can pull everyone down with it. Management does not address issues, and the work culture is very draining
