Pros
I came in as a full time intern for 3 months and promoted to full time Art Assistant. The raise was favorable for the amount of work given. Being in a city with many places to visit was interesting. Contributing to large group projects that is shown at museums was a very unique experience.
Cons
I was unknown to the fact I was being underpaid the county's minimum wage, so I was given another raise and back pay. I became suspicious since this incident. I noticed other things that seemed out of place of what makes a company, especially the workplace environment. Some days seemed hostile, passive aggressive, and not within the lines of their motto "friendship". There were cases of miscommunication and forcing people to have a specific "vibe". Most disappointingly, I did not feel the support and consideration from the bosses, mostly empty words.
