      Great way to earn experience in an environmental role, not a long term position to make a career out of

      Pros

      Laid back environment, fun people to work with, low stress, highly educational, lots of room to learn and grow in an environmental field.

      Cons

      Company is family owned and it shows in the way roles are structured. If you are related to the owner you will move up quickly. As a consultant, there is very little room for growth. Other consulting agencies pay a higher salary with better benefits. Join Frog to learn new skills, but it is hard to form a career here.

      Pros

      Snacks and lots of independent time.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t know how to manage personnel. Either has no idea what people are doing or is micro managing. CEO is very unprofessional as are a lot of the longer term employees. Takes advantage of peoples time especially fresh college grads. Not an environmental solution just a business for a man to make money.
