      Pros

      The company opens up many opportunities : lot of employees from different departments switched to modellers, testers went to animators, modeller switched to animators, testers to game designers.

      Cons

      Terms of the contract are slave. Salary is sometimes lower than average

      Pros

      A great career-starter, full of cool and friendly specialists that are willing to help you grow. The team is friendly, dedicated and passionate. The salary is fine for Ukraine's standards. Projects are cool, though may sink under their own ambition.

      Cons

      Management’s feedback can be inconsistent. What yesterday was cool, today may seem not so much, and it's your fault. They can be rude, and discussion may turn a bit too personal in a second. And sometimes, the decisions they make are questionable, to say the least.

      Pros

      It's a tightly-run ship with ample learning opportunities. A couple of years here could turn you into a solid specialist if you are willing to learn.

      Cons

      The leadership is tyrannical and encourages loyalty, not growth. So you can find opportunities but you won't be handed any. Company also condemns crunch culture publicly, but unofficially encourages working overtime.
