      Good benefits, but management slow to adapt

      Pros

      Good benefits, health insurance is very generous for family. PTO is standard, sick days are included in PTO however

      Cons

      No annual bonus. Upper management is slow to respond to changing business needs. Headquarter is in Europe so time zone difference is a factor.
