      Many great people, but now/soon gone. Culture

      Disorganized and never learning from it. Bought by Houston G2 two+ years, who has messed up client relations and wiped out the company assets.

      Hard work and good sales tend to be rewarded with growth opportunities. A person can wear a lot of different hats and gain exposure to a wide variety of projects and career development opportunities.

      Cons

      Historically the benefits have been very poor. Vacation time and holidays often can feel particularly limited. Management can be demanding. Group dynamics can be difficult. Long hours can be expected.
