Pros

Great if you have no morals.

Cons

Poor workplace culture. Not uncommon for staff to quit on first day or to be fired within first week if they don't meet the "KPIs" the agency managers set. Management will do anything for a fee, even if it means lying and backstabbing anyone in their way, all just to line their pockets. Base salary and commission are not competitive. Don't waste your time, join a market leading, household known recruitment brand if you want to go down this career path. This is a small-time, franchised recruitment agency that will leave you depressed and with anxiety, not worth it.

Cons

Culture is terrible Franchise owners are ruthless Bullying is rampant across all of the industries Commissions will be promised then when achieved held back Franchise owners are all about lining their back pocket and will burn clients to get a fee So overworked it is hard to give good service to your candidates Outdated and old school practices

Pros

Central office location. They put on Friday drinks most weeks.

Cons

The owners bully staff who don’t perform and favor staff who do. If you have a good month they will speak to you and praise you. If you have poor month the following they will pretend you don’t exist. The owners expect you to work during the weekends for no overtime. The manager is a male and says extremely inappropriate things about and to females.
