Good salary,fair 401K match,world wide company.

Cons

Branch managers do not have HR experience in implementing policies. No support from corporate office HR department on complaints that occur at branch level.Daily normal customer issues cause Branch managers to explode and threaten your job on daily bases,no sales plans,and no support from middle management.

Telecommuting was part of the culture. Broad access to technology.

Cons

No money for training, years without raises in spite of mandatory annual reviews. Management wants to run a services company but won't budget for developing services. Management has no awareness of or desire to embrace the modern world.

Pros

Some really good people there who balanced out some of the nonsense of management. If you were driven enough you could gain a lot of experience in different areas of the business since they always had major holes to fill.

Cons

When I was still there some of the managers got away with more than you could ever imagine. Abuse of resources, abuse of people and customers, and quite honestly some of them were the least intelligent and business savvy people I have encountered at any job. I hear they got rid of a lot of those bad apples now, but the reputation took a huge beating in the market and I have not heard anything to make me think it has since recovered. Salary wasn't great and the benefits were atrocious.
