      Got to make more but FAI give less

      Pros

      Got great client and great project with great people, it's the only reason because I stay with Fujitsu.

      Cons

      Mandatory training not pertinent and also redundant, FAI disconnected from employee, low retention of employee because of weird decision, paid on friday when others place paid on Thursday, the salary increase came very late and also with no retroaction with it with nebulous excuse.
