      Pros

      Laid back environment - stocked kitchen with snacks and drinks.

      Cons

      Laid back environment - but way too laid back. Plenty of sexism and racism to go around. Feels like you’re working with a bunch of fraternity brothers. One of the most toxic places I have ever worked. I wouldn’t recommend joining this organization unless you’re a conservative white man.

      Pros

      Fulcrum has numerous brilliant minded employees that are employed. Most of them are willing to help you learn and grow. From a technical point of view, you are bound to learn and grow your skill sets because you work with a wide range of software/ technology.

      Cons

      Fulcrum pays below industry standard and are unwilling to give raises. As well, the company does not reward hard work with bonuses. Leadership is lacking. It often seems like the company has any direction. Hard work is not rewarded.
