A team of genuine experts hired for their intelligence and ability to get things done. Relatively flexible work conditions and hours. Very varied workload building software for customers Lots of open source work to work on whilst delighting customers
Cons
It is basically an software development agency so if you don't like timesheets and your work being billed to customers then this is hard going. Lots of projects to work on. You might have three months on one thing then a week on another for instance
