      Pros

      Nothing. Literally nothing. Everyone feels their life has been drowned by the management. They don't even deserve A star for the rating.

      Cons

      Often the payslip is wrong. Often get a half day off roster (Late night shift 2 AM finish - single day off - back to morning shift starting at 5 am next day) The management keeps hiring more management staff to manage each other instead of hiring more crew. They are always short for about 30 crew to roster crew on the roster pattern. Rare to get a leave request approved so just go get medical certificate on the day before you go on a holiday :) The logistic team's manager doesn't know how to communicate with people and staff are sick of his attitude and harassment.

      Absolutely terrible top heavy management structure, with dictator like leadership mentality’s. No people with marine backgrounds in high level positions.

      operational pressure overriding safe operation of fleet

      Pros

      the maintenance team and front facing staff are a great bunch.

      Cons

      Management prioritise cost over the value of something. In this case I'm referring to the maintenance of the fleet. They have a history of getting the cheapest option to "get them through" rather than investing in the best solution to last them for years. They thought a good idea was to save $1,000,000 by postponing critical maintenance .. this inevitably came back to bite them (and their customers) later on with unplanned breakdowns and the like.
