      Decent Pay and intelligent students make teaching easier.

      Cons

      The administration solely cares about appeasing the parents and contributes gratuitously to grade inflation. Often forcing teachers to grade on a curve, re-do exams, or altogether scrap assignments that were low scoring to prevent parental complaints. Admins do not support teachers in this school. Their duty is to the parents who are the paying customers.

      Pros

      School funds classrooms, curriculum and whatever is needed to serve the students. Supportive work environment. Great co workers. Lunch everyday

      Cons

      School day longer than average and even when students are gone and meetings are done, teachers must stay. Required additional classes in the evening required.
