Pros
- Nice coworkers - Nice atmosphere - Yearly teambuilding which is actually very fun - Very good work/life balance
Cons
- Certain people get bonuses and are not allowed talking about it with their coworkers - Management can't keep up in a digital age. It's a battle between the webshop/online marketplaces and physical stores - Which one gets stock, how much time should staff of physical stores spent on fullfilment of webshop orders etc.
