      There is none to be frank.

      Cons

      - Messy working environment, not conducive at all (no tables assigned for perm staff) - High turnover rate - Not enough time to learn - Micro-managing employees - Daily tasks given to the employees (cannot log off work without completing the tasks. insufficient time to complete the daily tasks because there are just too many things to be done in a day) - Calculative over the time you start work but even if you OT until 10pm, nobody will say anything - Nothing for you to learn, you will just be there to lessen the burden of the current employees - Interview mentioned there are spaces for advancement but there is none. - Not a healthy environment to work at - Work life balance is so poor that I want to give you a zero but that's not possible so I'm giving a one (star).

      ⁃ Work from home ⁃ Friendly, non-competitive work environment

      Cons

      ⁃ High attrition rates among new employees because of the immense workload and lack of career progression. Staff who have been around for a long time stay because of their fellow colleagues and also because they feel responsible and more "indispensable" to the company. Hence, if you're new, there's less incentive to stay ⁃ Leaving 2 stars because you can tell the company's employees are trying very hard to keep the company running despite the immense workload and long hours

      Nothing great about this company!

      They underpay their staff, for new first time experience employees they will tell them to sign a bond but they do not give any benefits. Despite that, when you try to reason with him, he will threaten in a bad tone to bring you to court. He hires only interns to cut loses. He also do not take in feedbacks from employees and want us to use our personal phones to film tiktok content which is clearly interfering our personal space. This company will not increase pay and will underpay you for the things you do.
