The company is based in Italy and prefer hiring Italians. Due to the firm culture, management favors Italian employees and they receive preferential treatment, including flex work time, higher bonuses and does not impose busy season mandatory hours on them. Also another interesting fact, if you get to work on the "A-list client" account, you can book as many hours as you want. The partner does not check the budget time versus actual time spent.
