      Great coworkers, free product monthly, annual $1000 bonuses at year-end

      Cons

      Pay is consistently below market average in every department (even the desk jobs), lunches are NOT paid, certain departments get better treatment than others. It feels like no one is at the wheel really despite "being a family"- the exploitation feels more like incompetence than something intentional.
