Where do I start. Once the honeymoon period was over I soon realised why there were so many new staff members in and out of the business. Very high staff turnover. I didn’t understand it at first because I had an ok relationship with management and got the work done. Once you are no longer a favourite or think differently to management they make it very obvious they no longer want you. This comes directly from the director of the business. I was ignored in front of other staff members and made to feel like I was incompetent. Looking back there was definitely workplace bullying and I wish I had spoken up.

Very very very high staff turnover. Staff are micro managed with a level of non trust. No induction training for new employees. Office conditions are poor. Human Resource management is non existent, Answer to everything is to work long hours!
