      Cons

      Employees are pushed with unmanageable amount of work . If more work to be handled more employees to be hired. talented n hardworking employees will quit due to odd amount of work.

      It's a new market ecom based industry which means it has the potential

      Cons

      There is no transparency, be it with dealing with client and customers or to their employees. No Employee engagement, benefits etc. Sure its a start up but that means there should be a work culture which is non existential. Never would you want to work in a place where they make you work like animals and not be recognized for your work or appreicated.
