Pros

Was once a great place to work, but has gone downhill. If you cant get hired anywhere else....then this is the place for you. Work from home option available (IF the system happens to be working)

Pros

Getting paid weekly is the ONLY pro.. if you’re desperate

Cons

This is the WORST company in the entire world to work from. Starting with training just HORRIBLE. The trainers have no clue what they’re doing, upper management is clueless also. Nobody knows what to do . They just toss you around from one manager to the next. They steal your time . You think you work 8 hours and the next day 15 or 4 minutes can be gone from your time clock. You are spoken to like a child. Upper management has no respect for human decency. If you’re looking to be degraded and treated like an animal then this is the job for you. They dont care about their employees you are just a number. Easily replaceable. Worst job ever would not recommend to anyone!!

Useless company

Pros

Timely salary, Useless culture , Hr don't know how to behave They treat ourself as slaves, Team leaders are arrogant

Cons

Promotion is based on how much you can compromise, if you can oil your team leader or manager, then maybe it will happen. Poor infrastructure, headphones are broken, poor AC , systems are trash cans, worst canteen, best place for coronavirus due to poor air flow
