Pros

- Decent benefits - Invests in the latest technology - Free snacks and seltzer - Attractive office space - Unique Christmas Parties

Cons

Fusion attempts to imitate the attractive culture of a start up but fails in its execution. The fun office setting and newest gadgets are just the sheep’s clothing hiding another common and rigid workplace. - No flexibility - Utilizes Employee Tracking software to monitor your computer usage and productivity - Each department is siloed and you are discouraged from reaching out to them with questions or help unless you are authorized from your manager. - It was very cliquey and those that weren’t “cool enough” for them felt alienated. It’s suspicious that the majority of the positive reviews are within the same time frame. Overall, it’s not the worse company to work for.

Pros

- Nice physical Workspace - Free Soda, Coffee, refreshments, etc (Nice touch) - WFH options - Decent Pay (Not Stelar, but good) - There is a full rack of Benefits, but the employee contribution and co-pays are high. (I've seen worse, but I have also seen a lot better)

Cons

OK place to hang your hat for awhile if you need the money/experience but it will never be home, just a stop on your journey. I will echo my favorite comments from other reviewers: - Management is impressed with themselves. They keep hiring but are not actually "Growing". (They hire at a rapid pace only to lay off when anticipated business does not appear) - Original employees are the keepers of the keys and everybody else is treated like peons. ( I am sure if I was an OG I would be in heaven here, but I was not. So, like most others, I was treated like the "ugly girl at the dance" ) - It was very cliquey and those that weren’t “cool enough” for them felt alienated. (See Above) - The actual product is a highly customized version of an old EHR software package which I will not name here. The company should develop their own and abandon this patched-together mess asap. This is also a problem for new hires as a lot of the knowledge is "tribal" and not written down. The original employees have this knowledge and they don't seem to want to share it with the new employees (job security?) This is probably the main contributor to the "outsider" feeling you get if you are not an OG.
