Pros

4 weeks vacation to start, salary was okay. Benefits good.

Cons

- boasts about a great "united" culture but thats only for social media posts. When the cameras arent there its a real life season of Survivor. - Turnover is the worst i have ever seen in this industry and that was even before the market shift. - your job is not safe at any time and their firings usually have little to do with job performance. - Popularity matters there more than anything else -too many managers and not enough staff. -the recruitment and hiring process is unrealistic and they struggle to find talent because of it. - expectations on staff are impossible to achieve and if you need to ask for assistance, you may as well hand in your notice. -loyalty is meaningless. - zero work/life balance - elitist attitudes.

Perfectionism over people

Pros

- There are some genuinely hardworking and talented individuals at this company.

Cons

- More effort goes into appearing to have a great culture than actually cultivating one. - The leaders at Fusion are perfectionists and rarely give any positive feedback if it doesn't meet their standards. - Minimal support or guidance, just an expectation to meet perfection. - Failure to meet these high standards often results in termination. - The management team is overwhelmed by the same perfectionist pressures, which trickle down to the rest of the staff, creating micro managers.

Pros

4 weeks vacation, thats about it.

Cons

this is going to be a long list. - there is ZERO accountability for the trades that they hire, or for their own staff. - they hire some of the poorest quality trades money can hire - they expect you to fix all issues from the trades even though the quality you're left with is TERRIBLE. - they do NOT care about you as an individual, only their CSAT scores ( customer satisfaction ) - trades will do a half assed job and will get paid in full, and they will not be expected to come back and fix their bad work.
