Pros

4 weeks vacation to start, salary was okay. Benefits good.

Cons

- boasts about a great "united" culture but thats only for social media posts. When the cameras arent there its a real life season of Survivor. - Turnover is the worst i have ever seen in this industry and that was even before the market shift. - your job is not safe at any time and their firings usually have little to do with job performance. - Popularity matters there more than anything else -too many managers and not enough staff. -the recruitment and hiring process is unrealistic and they struggle to find talent because of it. - expectations on staff are impossible to achieve and if you need to ask for assistance, you may as well hand in your notice. -loyalty is meaningless. - zero work/life balance - elitist attitudes.

Pros

Some people are nice, offices are pleasant

Cons

Terrible leadership that hails their strong leadership but the reality is that it’s a popularity contest. They are owned under Helia Capital and interchange jobs but if you live downtown, make you drive to Guelph every week. They are so risk averse and will fire anyone without cause.
