Pros

There are some great people that work for the company, decent benefit package and what seems like a nice vacation package (although you are forced to use 1 week given for a mandatory Christmas Shutdown).

Cons

If you take time to look passed the most recently added reviews, you will see the truth about what it is like to work for Fusion Homes. To start, the pay is extremely poor throughout all departments with the exception of Upper Management. The pay is by far lower than industry standard. Fusion Homes will constantly offer growth opportunities and manipulate your weekly one on one sessions with Management to make it seem like you are advancing, give glowing reviews and feedback. In reality, this is a very false with no actual growth every given and the reason why they have an extremely high turn over rate over the past 5 years. Fusion Homes is losing very valuable employees and do not care. I wish I could portray the amount of credibility within this comment with the vast amount of employees who felt this way and shared their concern with Human Resources, and were constantly ignored. If you care about your career and wish to learn and growth in a positive environment, stay away from this company.

Pros

- Some very nice people work here who are very kind and helpful.

Cons

- Weird emphasis on hierarchy (CEO is treated like he is way more important than he is. Staff seems to pander to his every whim). - Lack of communication among employees (upper management). - Not sure what People & Culture team actually does as they can never seem to find candidates for their postings (jobs are posted for MANY months). - High rate of employee turnover (this is NOT a good thing!)

Pros

Good vacation package (4 weeks), good parties, nice office building. After working here I now know what to avoid in a company culture

Cons

Too many to share. This company will wreck your self-esteem and gas-light you for questioning the toxicity. They play favourites, the turnover is very high (because they fire alot of people and people get outta there), there are a lot of shady office politics, lots of closed door meetings, no transparency, they call themselves a family with a “United” corporate value but loyalty means nothing. It’s not about the customer or the journey, it’s about the money. Save yourself, don’t drink the koolaid — look elsewhere.
